Life Together | Pass the Gospel, Please
We've been trying to teach our kids some table manners in hopes that one day when they're invited to someone's home they won't look like they've been raised by wolves. Part of this training is learning how to pass things along, and not just filling your plate with everything in front of you and then digging in, leaving everyone else hungry! I think this might be a good picture of how we - the family of God - are supposed to share life together. Picture us sitting around a great table together. We're sharing what's in front of us. We pass the grace that was extended to us. We tell the story of how God showed up today. We laugh and we listen. Old and young all together, and everyone has something to contribute. Yeah. That sounds good.
