This Sunday Wensly Destine, our Student Ministry Director, unpacked the wonder in the story of the Shepherds. The King was coming and who would he choose to announce His birth? Shepherds, the outcasts of society, the broken, the weary, this is who He chose to announce the coming of a King. Why? Because when people who know they need a Savior find one, they will tell everyone about it.
